If you have multiple audio sources, like a bluetooth speaker, windows may think it is still active and transmit the sound to that device. Right click on your volume icon, go to open sound settings and check app volume and device preferences when bo3 is open.

The Discord Voice Chat will work fine for me with other games or with nothing running, but when I run Black Ops 3 my PTT indicator lights up for other people in the channel, but they can't hear me. I've tried both programs running different levels of compatability and admin, but nothing seems to help. I only have 1 input and 1 output device
Black Ops 3 does not start for me. Only the black screen appears, and close again. I tried to close all startup things, and it came back the same way, until this tip of yours did not work. I have tried everything a bit, now I will make a backup of the game, and uninstall it, to install again the party of the backup made. Games can freeze or crash during gameplay for a variety of reasons. When the game freezes, you will need to quit the game and close the application, and then restart the game. In some instances, you might also need to reboot your console. If the game crashes, you will typically get kicked to the dashboard where you can simply restart the game. The disc has no visible marks and all other games work fine. A few times I got it to load into campaign I could see the subtitles and hear audio but had no visual.also have tried deleting installation data that didn’t work.
