Don't listen to anyone who says it's not worth it.. it works just fine for me. Paid $30 CAD for an Xbox ONE kinect and it does not need any adapter. I find the Xbox one kinect much better , some disagree.
What's weird is my Xbox came with one, I got it like a day or two after release. My brother never got one with his ACU bundle around Black Friday. When my kinect broke I sent the stand back by accident and had to buy a new one, and could only find third party stands. I was surprised the TV mount wasn't standard with the kinect/xbox
