Forza handling is much more realistic and detailed whilst NFS handling is very arcadey and simple. I personally much prefer Forza handling but if you want a game with more over the top handling, NFS will deliver that. NFS of course has cops which I love and is a massive part of what makes NFS unique against Forza and The Crew 2.
Even though both game are arcades, Wreckfest has much more advanced driving model. But we have to understand that comparing these games isn't fair. Forza has gigantic budget, crazy advertisement, and kinda caters to anyone. Wreckfest is pretty much indie project and is very niche.
